Insurance & Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not bill insurance directly. This allows me to tailor treatment to your needs rather than being limited by insurance company guidelines. Many clients also prefer the added confidentiality and flexibility of a self-pay practice.

That said, many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for therapy. Depending on your policy, you may be eligible for 50-75% reimbursement per session. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.

For those using out-of-network benefits, I provide a monthly invoice (superbill) that you can submit for direct reimbursement.
